A nice makeup tip from miss hell the make up gal:

just a small drop of glycerin (cheap from the chemist) mixed with normal powdered eye shadows turns it into a long wearing solid colored creme that you can as a liner or to paint designs with a small brush....it does an excellent job and works well with really bright colors and metallics......mmmm looks beautiful with gold

if you want to make your eyeliner (waterproof only) last longer put a little bit of hair spray on your finger and dab it over the eyeliner.
