The explanation in the Halloween Tarot for me is: A energetic idealist who defines himself by his actions. Well-intentioned, though sometimes unreliable.

And I will grow up to be the King of Imps: A confident, creative entrepreneur with an eye for the arts. Honest, friendly, helpful, compassionate. Hasty, impulsive.
